Shipping Policy

We offer worldwide shipping.

• Your order will take 2-4 working days to process.
• All orders are sent by Swiss Post without tracking number.
• Once your order is shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
• You will also be notified in case of any delay in the order processing.

Switzerland and Europe

• Switzerland and Liechtenstein: 3 CHF
• Europe: 6 CHF

Other Countries

• Other Countries: 10 CHF

Estimated shipping times

• Domestic (Switzerland): 2-3 business days
• Europe: 4-7 business days
• Other countries: 6-15 business days
   

Payment methods

The payment is possible by bank transfer, Finance Post, PayPal or by credit card (Visa, Mastercard).

Return & Exchange Policy

If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your order you have the right to change or return your complete order or a part of it within 14 days of delivery. The return policy only applies to unused products in sellable condition and original packaging. Ship items back to us within 30 days of delivery.

Once we receive the returned item(s) the charges will be credited to you (though shipping costs are non-refundable).

Please contact us regarding any exchange or returns before sending the items back.

We will do our best to track down lost packages for you, but we will not refund lost / unclaimed / undeliverable packages.

If a package is returned undeliverable / unclaimed, it is the customer's responsibility to contact Swiss Post.

Parcels are marked with the value of the item that the customer paid for in accordance with international postal regulations.

We do not mark packages as gifts.

International buyers are responsible for any import / duty / local tax fees that may apply after receiving your package.
